Default Sunday morning bass on the fly.

I went out a little Sunday morning and caught a few bass on the fly rod. It was already muggy at sunrise and I only stayed a couple hours.

Here are a couple fishy pics

IF I would have brought something smaller than the frog I could have hammered big bluegill. They were all over the lake.

My aunt lives on a private lake. The lake has been there since WWII and at one time a resort place for people who summered in that community. It has a healthy population of gills, crappie and lots half-3lb bass. My uncle has caught one out of there around 8lbs and biggest I have ever heard of was 10lbs by a lady up the street.

Great coloring on the 1st largemouth. I think I'm going to go for smallmouth on the fly this weekend.
