Default Mid TN Streams are on fire

Another great couple of hours on a Middle TN Stream. We had lots of action, these are the largest fish of 15 caught. John caught his largest smallie to date ( 20 incher). We threw creekminnows into the swift water and had a blast. The creeks are on fire right now.I will have a film of this excursion as soon as I take the time to figure out how to download from camera. More pics on www.tennesseebassguides.com as soon as Rick gets back from vacation.

Great looking fish. I couldn't catch a smallie last weekend. Caught Largemouth, Spots, and Yellows. My wife caught a 15.5" Smaiile in the swift water I thought it was just a fluke and kept just working the eddies, laydowns, and cover. Guess I was just working the wrong stuff.

Big, fat pre-spawn smallies! Awesome!

It's good to see them bouncing back so well after last year's flood.

The fish in the streams, I believe that the fishing improved after the flood.
Gave the honey Holes a break. Fished Mona for 4 hours today and had 31 crappie and kept 14 with a few slabs.

Default streams

Mike-you must have ice water in your veins wearing sandals in the creeks in mid-March. Do you think the cold snap that came through a couple days ago will turn the bite off on the creeks, or will it still be hot?
