Default High water on the Little Red

We went out with Lowell Myers of 'sore lipem all' guide service yesterday. We fished the Little Red from the dam to about a mile downstream.

Water was high and fast. We caught 40-50 Rainbow. Several over the slot limit of 16". As usual, Lowell put us on fish. We took a limit home each.

All on Pink trout magnets and top of the line Leland Lures equipment. Lowell did a super job as usual.

Jay,
Lowell is a great man not only to fish with but to just set and talk to. I am looking forward to being with him 5/18-19 if this pneumonia clears up.
Glad you had a good time and caught a bunch.

Nice trout. One day that place will be stepped in by my wading boots.

Do you catch many of the Cutt's down there or all Rainbow / Browns / Brooks?

Just below the dam, you will just catch Rainbow. Further down, you can get into some nice browns,.
