The Corp is going to upgrade the generators at Center Hill. The way I read the article the new generators will have the design that adds oxygen to the water.

Cool. I worked on modernization projects for TVA Hydro when they were doing the same thing around the valley. Very intensive projects for the engineering and construction sides.

Hope that means they can do without the sluicing. It is pretty dangerous even in a large boat when they are doing both.
