Looks to be about a 12-13" white bass. I don't know what a Stripe is, is a Stripe a Hybrid, Striper, or Yellow Bass? I would assume it's a generic name for something of a line side species.

Red face

White Bass! Local's call it a stripe. Different fish than a Striper AKA Rockfish. And different fish than a Hybrid also. To simplify there are
White Bass, Striper, Hybrids, and Yellow bass all of wich have stripes on them. And they each have knicknames that confuse the crap out of people.
