Congratulations, I hope everything works out well. Now is a great time if you are looking at buying due to the new boats coming out, and believe it or not some people don't fish during the winter.

Default Finally

Not the best pic. But I took ownership of this today.
1997 Bass Tracker Pro Team 17 with a 40HP on it. Took it out with the guy I got it from and ran it for a few and all seemed good. The carpet is a little worn but I can live with that for a bit. It all seems solid. Now I just need to learn the lake and where I can go on it. This opens up a whole new world to me.

Can't get out till Monday I guess till I make it to the court house to give them some money to atleast get a Temp registration.

Here ya go Alpha.

You can thrown on a table cloth, pull out a folding chair and have a nice shore lunch on the gravel bar after fishing.

Thanks everyone. I have a few things I want to do to it so I am comfortable when I am on the water with it. I noticed when I was putting a gallon of oil in it that the warning thing in the oil tank was unplugged. Running new trailer lights. Dropped it off today for new carpet. So we will see how that goes.

Got the boat back today. Carpet looks good. Not as good as factory but way better than what was in it. I plan on putting in at flippers a little after noon tomorrow. May just ride around a bit and then fish the cove at the ramp. Since I am not that familiar with the lake I plan on staying close till I know where I can an can not go.

Default A few pics

Here are a few pics of the boat. I can give you the name and number to the guy that did the carpet. It's not as good as factory but I felt I got a good deal.

I took it out yesterday. It's my first real boat so I am somewhat unfamilair with the lakes and rivers. So I usually just stay close. I will learn one day
