ESBA Tourney trail lookin for new members

ESBA, is a middle Tennessee Emergency Services tournament trail. We fish approximately 8-10 tourneys a year and then a 2-day fish off. all local lakes around middle TN and then usually a short travel fish off. Comprised of 80 members and average 15-20 boats a tourney. LOOKING FOR BETTER TURNOUTS though. At least ONE person in boat must be a member of an Emergency service....police, fire, EMS, Rescue, etc....active or retired. All tourneys are through the week w/ no weekends to avoid the crowds. I may be intersted in this depending on the dates. Would 911 dispatchers be included? We're often left out of these type things even though we dispatch to police, fire, AND medical.
