Default Last Saturday fishing report. Old Hick.

Sorry so late with the report but we launched out of Walton Ferry and fished shorelines all around the dam. Wind was brutal but we caught fish. Lost count how many. No hawgs but real pretty healthy bass. I was catching em on a 1/8 double cross silver jig head with the Fin Commander twister natural shad color. Later on into the morning switched to a size 7 Berkley flicker shad in the rainbow trout and caught a bunch more with that. My fishing partner was using a purple tiger flicker shad. Spent a good 5 hours on the water and we had a good day fishing. I also caught my first smallmouth, so I scratched that off the bucket list of fish to catch.
