Default Fresh Seafood

Hey TK, sorry to advertise for someone else but I don't think you're in direct competition with these folks. There's a new seafood place in the Farmer's Market downtown that specializes in fresh gulf seafood. They drive down to Louisiana in the middle of every week and have fresh (not frozen) seafood for sale every weekend. I bought some grouper Friday afternoon and we had some great fried grouper sandwiches for dinner tonight! Good times!

They're called Louisiana Seafood Company, but their website isn't of much use. You can check them out on Facebook and get a lot more details. This week they had grouper, red snapper, yellow tail snapper, soft shell crabs, live blue crabs, live crayfish, oysters, jumbo shrimp, and frog legs.

Just passing along the info along in case anyone's interested.
