Default Skipjack
Does anyone know where I can catch some skipjack from the bank. I fish catfish tournaments back in east TN and would like to catch a few to use for bait there.

The best places I know of is below the dams, Center Hill, Cordell Hull, Old Hickory. If there are other consistent places, hey, I would like to know as well. Steam plants if its cold.

Just FYI.... they changed the law this year, they put a limit of 100 a day .....
