Default Going north for hard water

Thinking about heading up to a friend's house for some hard water fishing.

I'll post a report on how we do.

How far north??? I am heading back to Illinois for christmas and I am thinking about heading to the shelbyville tailrace to chase musky and walleye again. It's going to be cold!

Well, the plans got changed.

Our friends have changed jobs and are going to relocate so we won't make it as far north as we had anticipated.

My buddies in MN been on the ice for a week already this year! That cold snap tightened everything up!
