Arrow Are you tired of seeing pictures of Stripers yet?

Went out late yesterday and found a spot that was 14' deep right next to a deeper channel with current flowing upstream. When we approached the deeper area around it, I saw what I wanted to see, Spaghetti! Then we cruised up on top of the 14' hump and saw about 5 Big Boys hanging around. We dropped a couple of 7" Gizzard shad down and it took all of 10 seconds before line started stripping. It was 6:00 and getting dark fast, hence the dark and grainy pic. I didn't feel like getting all my lights out, so we took a picture, let him go and headed 3 miles back to the ramp. I'll save the others for another day. Things are getting good out there. Very soon me and my buddy Jim (from here on the forum) are going to go out and put a few in the cooler to get us through the winter I'll post photos if I'm not annoying you yet...

Thanks Ya'll. I hope the fish finder pics helps somebody. It's a lot easier to judge the size of fish when you can see them on the screen then bring them in the boat for a closer look

Adrian, another big cow!

Yes, hopefully we can get a window in our work schedules to chase them before its spring again

I went out with the little man and got 20 cats and 4 bass in a few hours after he got out of school. Kept 10 between 3 and 8 lbs so we wouldn't starve over here.

For info purposes, the cats are following the shad in the back of coves off the main channel. All fish were in less than 5 feet of water and very close to threadfin shad schools. Biting non-stop from 3:30 to 5:30.

See you soon,
Jim

No tired at all. In fact I love seeing these pictures. Especially since I haven't been catching squat the past 2 weeks.

But would like them even better if you zoomed out a bit on the electronics screenshots.....
