Default Dale Hollow help

Thinking about taking my son and wife to dale hollow next week, and was curious, how’s the fishing been? If anyone knows. I’ve never been there and I will start to do some research this week but was wondering if anyone been lately.

I've been there the last 3 weeks, was on fire until Saturday, caught 8 including a 4lb 3oz SM and a 4lb LM Saturday all between the bank and 15 fow, then the pleasure boat parade started , the Ohio navy showed up in full force, by 2pm the water was chocolate milk around the area between Long Branch and Mitchels Creek , even the backs of creeks were churned up , I think with the rain maybe there won't be as many pleasure boaters this weekend

last three weeks I caught about 40 nice bass most on ned rigs and floating worms

Thanks for your help. I was hoping the pleasure boaters weren’t as bad but I guess not.

They just opened up the bars in Ohio this week, maybe they will stay home and drink lol

Supposed to be cooler and rain so might be pretty good with less people
