Me and the wife fished the upper end Sunday found crappie in 10 to 16 ft on brush. We spider rigged minnows on the edge of the river channel tried up in 2 creeks no luck water temp high 50's about a 1 1/2 to 2 foot down no current hope this help some of yall

Dad and I did a quick run around the lower end, from the dam up around Elm Hill and back past Nashville Shores and Old Hickory and didn't see anything but otters.

We weren't really trying, just pulling cranks at 1.8 mph and looking for anything busting on top. More of an excuse to enjoy a beautiful day on the lake with Dad than fishing.
