Hey guys, crawfish prices are dropping
Hey to all you guys interested, prices are dropping on crawfish right now FINALLY!!! Last week I was able to sell them for 3.75 a lb which was high for this time of year but this week we're probably looking at 3.25 to 3.50 a lb probably less!!!
Simply put, the crawfish have been molting and that lasts for about 4 days, should be over tomorrow. After that, the price should drop, because, the traps were full but had to be dumped back. This week, the traps should be full and none should have to be dumped back. Thus supply and demand should be back on track.
Also, the bugs should be getting bigger and that means better crawfish!!
