Default Interesting Observation.

Last year I started catching Copper Nose Gills out of Laurel Hill. Last year was the first year I had caught any down there. I caught quite a few of them all in the 6 inch range. I kayaked all over that lake today and could not find more than one Bluegill in a spot. I am one tired puppy. I caught around 25 but only brought home 5 that I could filet. But one was a Copper Nose. If this fish is any indication they have grown quite a bit. This fish almost hit the one pound mark. The first pic is of the Copper Nose from last year....2nd pic is of the one caught today. I am hoping they have all grown like this. He put up quite a fight.

Regards
