Default Sauger at Nice Mill?

I was speaking with a gentleman at Stewart Creek and he was telling me that he has seen people catch sauger at Nice Mill Dam. I am skeptical about that. So I was wondering if you guys know if theres any truth to it or just a case of misidentification?

I suppose it is possible. There are a few walleye and sauger in Percy Priest, but not that many. I suspect it may have been more likely to be a small walleye than a sauger but who knows. I wouldn't expect to catch very many of them though.
