Default Recommend a good Battery charger

I cannot seem to find a battery charger that is well made and will last as long as the warranty. Yes, Black and Decker and Schumacher honor the warranty but I have to pay shipping.

I do not have room for an onboard charger. Just need a portable charger.

What do you all use and recommend?

I have both a Sear electronic and a cheap $29.00 Harbor Freight. Both do me well. The HF unit was actually run over my a friend and keeps on ticking.

I know you said you don't need a onboard, however Dual-Pro are great. Also they are made in LaVergne. They have reman units from time to time too.
