I have seen a number of posts on this site warning about break ins and that some ramps may be out of the water in the winter. So I would appreciate any suggestions. thanks.
The safest ramp is Long Hunter State park. It also has a dock in the water, about the only ramp that does.
The park rangers patrol that parking lot multiplen imes per day.
