Nomade ...The receiver that mounts to the trailer is made with the end of it at a 45 deg. angle ... It does not stub out straight (@ 90 deg.) Unless they have changed them but I don't think so ...

But on the bolt on model receiver in your pic , how it works is that the support Bar saddles in between the receiver with a hitch pin that goes through it letting it swivel to any position (angle) <'TK><
