Randy I discovered nothing but red bottom mud when I use to Walleye fish up stream of Hurricane Bridge, also a lot of red clay banks . And the main river channel narrows up in places ... I think this is what causes the mud color sometimes ... Later in the Spring I think farm land being turned over about the same time the Rains start created some muddy conditions ... I know it does on the Cumberland River chain ... <'TK><
