One of them is off Medical Center Parkway near NW Broad St. There is a thing here called a Greenway and it goes all through town, often near the Stones River. Use MapQuest and get directions from where you live to Medical Center Pkwy & Searcy St Murfreesboro Tn. There is a Greenway parking lot there off Searcy St. I've never seen anyone wade there but I think it would be possible. There are trout there this time of year. I know there are bluegill there and bass too depending on the season and the mood they are in.
