In the next month or 2 as water temps start to rise. Look for shallow rocky points and incoming creeks. They will run those creeks and rocky banks to spawn. Slow roll cranks into the rocks once the water hits 50. I have never fished Normandy. But this works great in all the northern walleye lakes I fish. A walleye is a walleye.
