I like to make a habit of eating nothing but 20+" Smallmouth Bass and 24+" Brown Trout.

In all seriousness:
1- Walleye
2 - Bass
3 - Trout
4 - Crappie (only above white bass because they're easier to fillet)
5 - White Bass/Striper/Hybrid
