Went down today for a bit testing some prototypes out. Result is they will work as hoped and are ready for my place n time to use them. Hung something nice on the first few casts using the chubs. It fell to the bottom, started drifting then had a thud and steady heavy pull to it. Probably a drum but never got it close to the bank. Other than that nothing but it really wasn't totally a fishing trip.
Nice day out though. Had some guys come by and ask about the fishing. Were any of you FishingTN guys by chance?
