I found out how terribly rusty my fillet skills were this weekend after fishing
Old Hickory sat. I caught a few forearm sized cats and a couple crappie on the flats so I kept them to eat. Haha I used a thin kitchen knife and butchered the fish bad. Might as well stuck a stick down the gullet and bbq'd them it would have been the same.
I did buy a new fillet knife from wally world Monday I think the Berkley so if it won't hold an edge I may try the old Berkley.
