I put the kayak in there quite a bit this past spring. You can have a lot of fun catching a bunch of 9 inch Gills there. Never caught any bass but then again I was not targeting them....saw quite a few nice ones though. That lake has a leak in it and can drop pretty low in the summer and will get quite hot.
