Doubt Center Hill, Old Hick or any other place will be able to hang with the numebr of big spots from Parksville Lake and Ocoee below in Polk County. They grow mutants there. I also believe you are dealing with the Alabama strain of KY bass there not the Northern strain of KY bass that don't get as big.

I'd love to just be lucky enough to catch one the size you caught.
