Dad wants some fish after long long winter

Years ago I fished there with my dad. I got into a little hole down from the dam that was full of 8-10" striper of some kind. I caught them till I ran out of minnows.

Nice fish.....that's a nice place to fish.

Frenzy
 

Yeah it was like a frenzy this morning for an hour then it would stop 30 minutes would pass then another frenzy and stop 30 minutes would pass around 10 o'clock it stopped completely

I am going back tomorrow the locals said the big stripers are not up there in numbers yet but today I saw a couple people catch two 10 pounders and the Crappie are not there yet either though I caught two

Last year I guy told me that him and his friend it took a week off of work and below the dam together they caught 1000 Croppie in six days

May be in etc. you but it still was exciting to hear

I hope that no one is able to post tomorrow I hope that everyone has a chance on this site to get out tomorrow and go fishing.
