I have bought kayak straps from them in the past and all was fine.....how could anyone mess up that order...LOL. I ordered a spare wheel and tire for my kayak trailer along with a spare tire mount. It came today and the spare tire carrier was missing a bracket. Called them and told them about it and was told "We will get it out to you today"......yeah right. Well an hour later get an email saying order has shipped and tracking number! Now that is service!
