Well after no fishing all week my brother and I went out Friday night (must be nuts) and stayed around the Wilson co. Old Hickory area.

Not a single boat on the water except for a barge late, it was really sweet.

I was Bass fishing but would pick up my spinning rod around docks,
I was tossing a small 1/4oz jig on 8 lbs trilene with a Berkley curly tail around a dock and thought I hung a nice cat at first cause he didn't run much just sounded.

8.1 lbs Rockfish and yeah I released her.

No other fish and it got cold at around 12:00 so we called it a night but hey I wanted a Crappie or a Bass and still went home happy. :D
