Vegas fishing

I'm heading to Vegas next week for work. Has anyone found any good trout haunts within a 3 hour drive of the strip?

Too bad your not going to be in Reno. Pyramid lake just north of there has some monster cutts in it 20lb+ that get caught regularly from the bank or wading out fishing on ladder like some do for Percy hybrids.

If you can arrange to go out and fish Lake Las Vegas you can get into some awesome fishing.......trout and bass.
