The email sent to Jo-Ellen Darcy came back “undeliverable – address unknown”. I've rechecked the address on several sites. I’ll let you know if/when I find an alternate.

Apologies for the excess traffic, but I’ve tried sending the Darcy letter again, sending it without all the CC addressees, and I get the same results. Apparently, the Corps’ practice of juggling and deleting web-based information extends to the civilian leadership. Pardon the sarcasm – frustrated.

If any of you know of a DC staffer that would actually read this, and get it into the hands of either Ms. Darcy or Senator Alexander, please let me know. It’s 4:20 PM EST on a Friday...
