Great looking fish Dave. Has the lake turned over?

For those that don't know a little perspective on the fish he holds up....Dave is like 8ft tall. :D

Great fish Dave!! Are those ol' marble eyes hittin?

Thanks guys, MNf, they are.... We generally won't fill the boat up with them but they are always big and fat. They average 25 to 27 inches or so. Yesterday was my first Muskie trip of the season and when we chase them, we rarely catch anything else except maybe a real big smallie. Travis wasn't far off, I'm 6ft 7 and some days I feel like I haven't stopped growing yet. ;)

Travis, it's in the midst. The upper is done, the midsection is in full swing and the lower is starting to show signs. The surface temps at the lower were 54 and also 54 at 70 ft deep. Further up the lake the surface was between 52 and 53 on top.

That really is a nice looking fish.

Great catch man. Now I know what the bump in the night I felt under my canoe up there this summer was!
