JPP below the dam question
 

Hi - I'm quite the newbie for sure. What's the best way to fish the tailwaters at JPP when generating? I'm not targeting anything specific. I saw some topwater action the other day, but they weren't buying what I was selling...

I know just enough to sound dumber than I am :) And can you fish generally the same way at other tailwaters? OH, Center Hill, Cheatam or Cordel Hull?
Are tailwaters best areas for winter bank fishing?
