Help w Walleye/Sauger on OH

Can anyone help me out with this? I can fish below the dam and the steam plant in winter and do ok but would like to learn how to fish them the rest of the time. I saw someone post that someone was fishing old lock three and catching them and last time I was out there I looked around but I have no clue what so ever on what I am looking for or how to find them. Any help would be great as I love to catch them.

I have good luck trolling crankbaits over sunking islands from may through july for walleye. you have to use a strong, small diamater line to get the bait down there. you want it to touch the bottom once in a while. the bait has to be within a foot or so of the bottom or you are wasting gas.

Walleye fishing in TN is really behind the times if you ask me. From the Northwest we use bottom bouncers and worm harnesses for Walleye I have quite fishing for them because it's too easy with the correct rigs.

You can expand a lot on the examples I have put below. Same structure and just use the bottom bouncer to stay on the bottom without getting hung up.
