Any way to use a cpu to map and mark areas without the ridiculous
price of the Contour Elite PC Software.

This is for the Hummingbird lakemaster/Smartstrike.

Johnson wants $140 +/- for the pc software which is ridiculous I mean you pay that amount for the lakemaster SD.

Just take your old ass out on the water and ride around and make your own since you have that fancy hummingbird!!! Lol.

Well I am prepping for Chickamauga early May and wanted to be able to sit at my cpu on a crappy day and do just that.

I am using Navonics and Google maps right now to come up with a strategy.

Will your unit pair up with the humminbird FishSmart app. It needs to be able link up via Bluetooth. It’s a quick and easy to mark points of interest from the couch and pair up to your bird and load it.

Are you asking can my cpu Bluetooth? Yes It has Bluetooth.

I think the best way will be get another power plug somewhere bring the unit in house and just go that route.

Sorry, I meant your humminbird unit. I pick the spots on my app and then pair it with the hummingbird and upload the points from the iPad to the solix.

you can also save spots from Google earth and upload to your H bird with a memory card.
