Old Hick 8-24
Trolling cranks off the ledges. Caught just about everything. White bass, yellow bass, largemouth, crappie, catfish and sauger. Highlight was about a 4-5lb largemouth that put on quite a show dancing on top the water. The other highlight was the sauger, we have been catching just one sauger every trip but this time I caught 3. A 15" a 17" and a 19".. Big fat sauger. It was really a good day of fishing and we left them biting.

That middle picture looks like a Walleye to me. Sounds like y'all had a blast!

Hard to tell but it does look a little more like a walleye than sauger. Great job either way!
grab ya some trolling harnesses and run them through your area. Might be more tasty toothy fishies in there! |
Yep, walleye.

Nice catch.

The top one is a flicker shad, the longer one is the flicker minnow. This color has been catching fish but they don't make this color in the longer flicker minnow size. So my buddy repainted one that wasn't getting any bites and matched it.https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...45&oe=5A5E2E8B
