Too Windy Plan B
 

As a kayak angler who was planning on fishing Percy Priest today for some catfish, my plans have changing with wind gusts at 30mph today...anyone have ideas for plan B from shore? I was thinking about getting some skipjack at Old Hickory Dam instead...

all I know is that they are def spawning.. I went out last week for crappie in the shallows and caught some perfect eating size cats. mind you I've been going this for the past month and last week was the first time I started catching cats in the same spots
