elm hill area

anyone been in the elm hill area on jpp lately? I wonder what the fishing is looking like around there if anything is turning up.

I bass fished that area Sunday. Caught a handful but nothing of any size and overall pretty slow. I don't know what it looks like now but everything upstream of Bear Island was really muddy then. I'm not a good crappie fisherman but the little bit of that I've done down that way has been sluggish also.
