Old Hickory Lake fishing report 8/8/2015
 

The fishing has been good in the nature park creek. Mr. ED and I have been catching lots of LM bass, crappie, brim or bluegills, catfish, SM bass and carp. Today we caught everything but no carp. I was fishing just for bass and hook 13 landed 9 but most of them were dinks/ to small. There are lots of crappie in there right now feeding on small bait fish in the shallow water. This morning early we landed 8 bass in the first hour on the crazy flapper in orange/red. We have been out everyday that didn't rain and caught up to 18 fish each day. We will be back out there early in the morning again tomorrow. So till the next report good luck and GOD BLESS..................Woody
