Tims Ford Springtime Bonanza

Well, here's what's been happening for the last few weeks, when the weather and fish cooperate, on Tims Ford. The hybrids have been tearing it up!! I saw some boats getting in on some real good topwater action a couple of weeks ago and wanted to join, even turning my boat and heading towards them, before I stopped and watched for a minute or two, deciding to find my own action. Here's what I found.

Good work! Nice setup too. I've got the same Cannons on my boat.

Wow, those are nice and you got to love the girls catching them. I am sure they had their hands full with those.

Thanks all, it is fun watching the young ones struggle over a fish. I'm taking my nephews next weekend. They are a couple of nuts, so will be fun.

Great looking fish! I'm itching to get after some hybrids. I feel like I haven't been on the water in weeks.
