old hickory lake

I got out this morning on OH and it was a little foggy early but it clear up around 9am. I started around the corner from lock 3 ramp using a 6" twister tail worm in black with a green tail. I was picking it up and moving 12" and letting it fall to the bottom. That was working OK but not for most of the fish. The better way was when I pulled it along the bottom and stop every 12" or so and watch the line for a pick up. I caught one bass doing it the first way and five bass and a nice crappie doing it the other way. The bass were from 1lb to almost 5lb and the crappie was 12"............woody

Nice, and good technique. What colors were producing the best?

What time are you going out? I work 7a-3p all week, no leanancy.
