Won big fish in a Black Friday tournament out of Flipper's with a giant smallie, I started a youtube channel if you guys have time go give the video a watch!

The water was pretty stained from the rain we've been getting, the further down we got it cleared up a bit... water temp was anywhere from 50-53. All the fish came from bluffs or points, I'm not really a tournament fisherman. I just go out and target the species I like to catch the most. The winner of the tournament had a +16lb bag, 5 fish limit which is just crazy to me... If you can brave the weather, there's good fishing to be had right now! I've caught a handful of +4lb smallmouth on Old Hickory in the last few weeks...

I just watched a couple of your videos. We have to go fishing together man. Most people will never understand my passion for fishing and what fishing means to me. You have the same passion. BTW that was my brother in law in the grey shirt that checked your fish. Our fishing styles are completely opposite. I fish with big line and power fishing baits mostly and try to cover a lot of water. That's what I love about fishing. There is no right or wrong way. Confidence and just a little understanding about what's going on leads to success in fishing. Congratulations on Winn big fish!
