No turkey for me
 

Hoped to shoot me a big ole Tom today...didn't get out this morning in the rain, but that was a good thing since I am preaching in the morning and needed to spend more time preparing...got out this afternoon and did some calling and got a gobbler to reply 4 or 5 times...that is quite a rush! He never came anywhere close enough for me to see him, but it was fun anyway and I got it all recorded on my iPhone audio recorder...anyway, I hope some of you had better luck than I did. Wasn't much of a day for being outdoors!

Nothing beats being out in the woods. Except when it's raining, cold, and windy.... It was a tough day for sure.
