Center Hill Dam

So I headed to the CHD a few days ago to fish the generation at dusk. I had no bites nor saw any fish caught or anything surfacing. But what was surprising to me was the color of the water coming out of the waterfalls. I have seen olive green water coming out of the sluice before, but this was like anti-freeze! On the picture I took, i made sure not to do any color boosting or saturation. This is exactly how i saw it with my eyes!! Any explanation for this??

thats probably dye they are using to see where the water is going in above.

They are dying the water out to 700ft from the Dam. :D

That makes a little more sense! I was like "WHAT THE HECK??" never thought of dye in the water. Haha
