Spotted Musky?

Caught this little guy the other day up on the Plateau. Have been fishing for these things about 20 years now and this is the first one i have ever seen with that color pattern. Plus it is way skinnier than a typical southern musky... Anyone seen one like this before? Any chance its a stocker?

Very common for young muskies to be spotted.

Always heard that but almost everyone around here who fishes the Caney Fork above the lake has caught them fishing for bass

They will be the fish of one million casts if I used musky lures and targeted them lol

This is how it was when I lived in IL too. Had a few lakes I fished tournaments on where you would have to shake off a few muskies every dang trip.
