I know since 9/11 that they have shut off access to the discharge side of the plant.Does anyone know of away to fish or a trail to the discharge side of the plant to fish or will they run you off?

They will arrest you for trespassing.

Do not get caught on the banks.There are plenty of signs clearly saying to stay in your boat.I think durning hunting season you can be on land if you are leagely hunting and it may be archery only.not sure on the hunting regs.
