Sharing a great experience. A fishing lodge like no others, at the same price as all the rest. And - they put us on some fine fish. Slot "eaters", and trophy bulls. Salt Grass Outdoors, in Buras Louisiana, is a new high in the 45 years me and Ol' Watzername have been fishing together. From the Kenai (Alaska) to Key West, we've had some memorable times. We'll move our time at Salt Grass up near the top of our list. Here's some shots of Donna, and Capt. Ike Schmitt, with our first ever Red Bulls. FYI ... Lawana and I were invited on this trip ... We had to decline do to the upcoming surgery ... Hopefully will make it for next year .... <'TK><:)

Awesome Red, looks like a great time. My best reds have come from Louisiana. I can't wait to go back.

A buddy of mine filmed a show from Saltgrass at 15:40 it stats the Saltgrass and before that is Honey Brake which is another lodge in Louisiana.
