The water temp was between 66-67. When the turbines kicked on it went down to 64-65. 5700 cfs. Some skip jack were being caught. Very little bait. Graphed a lot of fish and schools of bait deep. Only caught two fish, one stripe and one bluegill. Very slow but still nice to be out. Also, boys down there trying to snag spoonbills.
